In deposition made 11 Jan 1836 by his sister Elizabeth; stated she and Peter attended the same school together. He was her only brother and herself and a sister had to prepare his clothes for him as he wanted them. His father and mother felt great interest in his safety as did herself and her sisters. She well recollects of his entering the army under General Washington, in the company of Capt. Kepert or Keephart or some such name and he served at diferrent periods. He was away from home fully one year and six months.

Peter was under Gen. Washington at the taking of the Hessians. He was a Rev/soldier. He was living. He and Easter moved to Lincoln Co., Ky. He owned. Lincoln Co. Deed Book A, pg 327-- sold to Michael Horne 400 acres in 1794. Parents: WARNER.
